This company placed a collection Account from an Original Company that I had no dealing with. All efforts to have RJM removed this proved abortive. I am helpless now and this item is running my credit down. There is no single responsible individual in this company. This the worst company in the United state with any reputation. I could not even find a website for this company. I want someone to help me on what is the best way to deal with this company and have this riculous item removed from my credit report. | 10. Written by RJM ACQ LLC rip off, PLEASE HE, on 13-06-2008 19:17 I just discovered RJM ACQ LLC on my credit report, saying I owe $113. I have no clue where its from. Last year, I kept receiving calls from SRA associates saying I opened an account with Fingerhut in 2002 (Mind you I was 16 then) and that I need to pay. I'm guessing they gave the case to a different collection agency. I've never had an account with Fingerhut and this is ruining my credit. What should I do? Isn't this illegal?
